Video: Arizona governor uses shipping containers to close gap in US-Mexico border wall
Since Republican Doug Ducey issued the order, at least 60 cargo containers have been placed in the state
On August 12, the Republican governor of Arizona, Doug Ducey, ordered shipping containers to be placed on the border of Arizona and Mexico, in order to fill the gaps on the border wall initiated by former US president Donald Trump.
Since then, at least 60 cargo containers have been placed on the border. These containers will later be welded and reinforced with barbed wire. The move comes as Republican governors of border states continue to protest the US administration of President Joe Biden for failing to address the migration crisis.
