Video: Jair Bolsonaro clashes with YouTuber Wilker Leão
The social media influencer has 125,000 followers on TikTok and 13,000 subscribers on YouTube
The president of Brazil, Jair Bolsonaro, on Thursday clashed with a YouTuber who was demonstrating against his government outside his official residence in Brasilia. YouTuber Wilker Leão approached the president, calling him a “coward,” while he recorded the encounter. The president then tried to take the young man’s cellphone off him, before his security team intervened.
Leão has 125,000 followers on TikTok and 13,000 subscribers on YouTube, which features many videos in which he confronts Bolsonaro’s followers. According to local media, after the confrontation, the president agreed to speak briefly with the social media influencer.
