Shakira 2025 tour: Concerts, dates in the U.S. and everything you need to know

Shakira has added new dates in New Jersey and Miami to her world tour, Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran (Women no longer cry) due to high demand for tickets. The new concerts will take place on May 16 at MetLife Stadium and June 7 at Hard Rock Stadium. Pre-sale for these dates begins April 3, with general on-sale opening April 7 at 10 a.m. local time.

The announcement comes on the heels of Shakira’s record-breaking Latin American tour, which included seven sold-out concerts in Mexico City, making her the first artist to do so at the GNP Seguros Stadium. Her concerts in Mexico attracted 455,000 attendees and boosted local tourism, with a 5% increase in hotel occupancy. She also returned to Barranquilla, her hometown, for the first time in 19 years and became the first artist in Colombia’s history to perform in five stadiums in the country. Shakira continues her tour in Chile and Colombia before her scheduled arrival in the United States on May 13, and has made history by becoming the first Latin singer to top Billboard’s Top Touring Chart.

With regard to her U.S. performances and the impact they will have on the Latino community, the singer told CNN, “These concerts have a liberating and healing effect. I know what Latinos are going through. I know what we are going through in the world. I know how we are treated and how unfair it is, and I know our own value. When someone treats us badly, we need as a community to become stronger and more united, to remind us of our own value. And at these concerts I’m feeling that a lot, and it’s something that my fans have always done for me. They have reminded me of who I am. When I had doubts about myself, when I felt vulnerable, they gave me strength, and I hope to do the same for them.”
