Spanish soldier thrashes US Marine in arm-wrestling contest
Video shot in Cádiz during recent NATO maneuvers has been circulating among the troops
The incident was filmed in Cádiz, southern Spain, where members of the NATO alliance were taking part in a large-scale training exercise called Trident Juncture. On the left is a US Marine who is engaged in an arm-wrestling contest with a Spanish soldier. As his opponent struggles, the latter looks relaxed with a cigarette in his mouth and a mocking expression on his face. After a few seconds, the Spaniard decides to end the match and easily pins down the Marine’s arm, to the delight of his fellow countrymen.
