Aftermath of the earthquake in Turkey and Syria, in pictures

The death toll is rising from a powerful 7.8 magnitude quake that hit the two countries early on Monday. Hundreds were killed, thousands were injured and more than 20 nations are sending experts and aid to help rescue efforts
